Chokladbiskvier

Yesterday and today, Taylor, Ingrid and I made Chokladbiskvier. If you were to describe them in English they would be chocolate buttercream macaroons. You have an almond base made from almonds, sugar and egg whites, then a filling made from butter, sugar, and cocoa, and finally a chocolate glaze on top. It was pretty easy to make! I haven't tried one yet, but they look delicious. We made them for a birthday party that we will be attending this afternoon.
