Tomorrow is Midsummer, one of the biggest and most important celebrations in Sweden. There are many traditional events like dancing around a maypole and eating and drinking all day! Today Ingrid and I went grocery shopping for the days long list of eats. I also went shopping with Taylor because we will be making an American dessert for one of the several fikas that will take place. We will be making apple dumplings! I'm really excited for the celebration; it's sure to be a lot of fun! I will tell you all about it tomorrow!
